This notice explains what information this website collects when you visit it, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only.
Information about your health and your care as a patient is protected under federal law and is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a separate document. Where that notice is available on this site, it is linked from the footer and the contact page.

What we collect, and why
This is a simple informational website. We collect personal information in two situations only.
- Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address and message you type. They are sent to us by email so we can reply, and are not stored on the website. The form is for general enquiries only; please do not include health information, and use the patient portal (15147.portal.athenahealth.com) for anything about your care.
- Hosting logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as the IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your visit is not tracked.
The contact page includes a map from Google Maps. It is not loaded until you choose to view it by pressing the button; until then no request is sent to Google. If you load it, Google receives your request and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, each of which handles it only to provide its service to us.
Resend, which delivers contact-form messages to us by email; Cloudflare, which hosts the site; Google, only if you choose to load the map on the contact page.
Links to other services
The patient portal (15147.portal.athenahealth.com) is provided by our electronic health record vendor, athenahealth, on its own website, and is covered by that service’s privacy policy and by our Notice of Privacy Practices. Other links on this site lead to websites we do not control.
Your choices and rights
You can use this website without sending us any personal information; the contact form is optional. If you have sent a message and want it deleted, or want to know what we hold about you, contact us by telephone or in writing at the address below and we will respond.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Changes to this notice
If this website starts to collect information in a new way, for example by adding a cookie, an analytics tool or a new embedded service, we will update this notice at the same time and change the effective date below.
